All workers of CASAF are encouraged to demonstrate openness in their work and dealings with co-workers and third parties of the organization. Personnel must exercise rigor in their assessment, interpretation and financial reporting in a manner that reflects honesty, integrity, authenticity and fairness in their appropriation and decision-making thereby building trust across all levels of the organization.

CASAF maintains zero tolerance on any form of discrimination against anyone on the basis of race, gender, ethnicity, social status, religious or political affiliations etc. In the event of a humanitarian disaster, CASAF’s provision of relief Aid must be based on thorough assessment of the unique needs of the victims and aid priorities and appropriations must be done on the basis of need and need alone.

All CASAF programs leverages the resourcefulness of our partners, allied organizations, Networks, donors and local governments as well as the existing capacities of beneficiary communities so as to deliver the highest standards and quality of services.

All our staff endeavor to respect the cultures, structures and customs of the beneficiary communities in which they are implementing a CASAF program.

All CASAF employees, consultants and third-party contractors carry a punctual attitude in their response towards work, are diligent in their undertakings, staying modest in their appearance and polite in their presentation at all times and places of work whether within or outside the organization.

All our staff should be committed to learning by rigorously analyzing, documenting and reporting lessons learned so as to inspire the improvement of future projects and programs implemented by CASAF.

To provide youths, women, Children and other At-risk populations with the opportunities and resources they need to exercise their rights, promote their health and enhance their interest, skills and abilities.
